Autoethnography About The Experience Of Practice Beyond Transpersonal Using Spiritual Reading

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore through autoethnography research that by expanding ¡®I¡¯ to ¡®We¡¯, it is possible to help others from a spiritual perspective and interact with society by utilizing spiritual reading to understand an individual s spiritual growth and position in the process, interpret the process and meaning of individual problems and social connectivity. The results of the study were as follows. ¡®1. Introduction to spirituality¡¯, ¡®2. Spiritual growth stage. spirituality as an experience.¡¯ ¡®3. Spiritual development Stage. It was derived as recognizing the position of spirituality and stepping into a spiritual life that interacts with society. In the research process, in addition to simply representing the internal spiritual growth, development, and performance process of an individual, I tried to understand the essential parts of human development, and to promote multiple approaches and provide direction by freely exploring and critically approaching to the topics surrounding my real life and positionality. Finally, it was intended to suggest that among the numerous methods for spiritual performance, the method of using spiritual reading can be a method of efficient spiritual training to those who perform spirituality and self-transpersonal.
